Proyecto formativo:

Registro de pedidos, manejo y seguimiento

Resolver problemas de los clientes de manera rápida y precisa con un servicio excepcional y una comunicación clara.

Control del sistema de acuerdo con las responsabilidades.

Apoyar las ventas y el marketing.

Seguimiento de errores en el almacén y transporte.

Estar preparado para respaldar, unirse y trabajar en todos los flujos dentro del departamento.

Gestión de devoluciones y créditos.

Gestión de quejas y retiradas del mercado.

Apoyar la cadena de suministro y el total E2E en inventario en consignación y actualizaciones, pedidos, niveles de stock, reabastecimiento y devoluciones.

Mantener un buen conocimiento del producto de los productos de Cirugía Global.

Respetar y trabajar de acuerdo con la política de Conducta Empresarial de J&J, SOX y el Credo de J&J.

Cumplir diligentemente con las actividades relacionadas con el programa de cumplimiento y participar activamente en las reuniones relevantes.

Conocer y seguir todas las leyes y políticas.
