Now, only five years after being founded, close to 8 million citizens use the itsme® app , to identify themselves and sign documents online. Starting in Belgium, we successfully launched the itsme app in 17 European countries, with the ambition of becoming an internationally leading player . As PR & Communications Manager Netherlands , you are the face of itsme® toward Dutch media and stakeholders. You are responsible for positioning itsme® in the media and play a key role in shaping the transition from an acquired solution (iDIN) to itsme® for both consumer and business audiences. What your job looks like Visibility and positioning: Create visibility and position itsme® as a thought leader on societal, business, and consumer topics through effective campaigns and content that align with sentiments in the Dutch market. Spokesperson: Represent itsme® in interviews, press moments, and events. Prepare media training materials and Q&A documents. Stakeholder management: Build relationships with key stakeholders such as the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Consumers’ Association, and digital identity experts. Position the itsme® vision on digital identity in the Netherlands with these stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for communications for the Dutch market, while coordinating regularly with the Belgian press team. Crisis communication: Write press releases, statements, and social media content. Manage proactive and reactive communications during issues, and develop crisis communication plans for various scenarios. Content creation & campaigning: Develop campaigns from strategy through execution across multiple channels, including events, owned media, and paid media. Managing the transition of an acquisition: Coordinate communications around the transition from iDIN to itsme®, in collaboration with internal and external teams, over a period of three years. Monitoring & reporting: Track media coverage, analyze sentiment, and report results to the marketing team and management. Collaboration with PR agency: Coordinate activities, safeguard governance and budget, and ensure a consistent tone of voice.
