About the Internship

This is a hands-on internship at the centre of the European startup and VC ecosystem. You will work directly with our Brand, Comms and PR Lead to amplify key moments across our portfolio and platform, from founder announcements to flagship events, and help shape how Atlantic shows up in the world.

You’ll also get the chance to own real projects. One of your first will be leading communications and marketing for a flagship initiative we are building with a leading European institution. It is a first-of-its-kind programme designed to give science-based startups funding, visibility and guidance. This is yours to drive, with full support and mentorship.

What You Will Work On

• Social Media & Content - Staying on top of trends, surfacing the right stories and helping Atlantic grow as a genuine source of signal in the ecosystem, primarily on LinkedIn. You will contribute to content writing, Canva design and creative production.

• Ecosystem & Competitor Analysis - Keeping a close eye on how VCs and startups are showing up. How companies are coming out of stealth, where we have gaps, and bringing fresh ideas back to the team.

• Event Marketing - Owning event marketing end to end, with the goal that every Atlantic event creates real FOMO. You will support on planning, logistics and on-the-day delivery.

• PR & Portfolio Moments - Shadowing meetings with founders around fundraising announcements, product launches and key milestones. You will get a front-row seat to how narratives are shaped from scratch, and join media and VC comms meetings with key communicators across the industry.

• Ad Hoc Projects - Supporting wherever the team needs you. This is a fast-moving environment, and showing up and being useful matters.

What We Are Looking For

You might be a recent graduate or someone who has picked up their first experiences in a startup, agency, non-profit, research institution or creative environment. What matters most is how you think and how you work.

• A degree in communications, marketing, business, literature, the creative industries or a related field

• Strong writing and communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail

• Comfortable working in Canva or similar design tools

• Organised and structured, with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous briefs

• Genuinely curious about frontier technology, startups and venture capital

• Someone reliable who gets things done and doesn't need to be chased
