PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ABOUT YOUR ROLE: 

Responsible for all Day to day activities of Order  Management,Order Follow up,Status update on daily basis and other department related activities but not limited to the following:

• Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products

• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

• Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. 

• Capacity planning for one or multiple product line .Validate demand vs capacity gaps and take actions to fill the gap

• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget

• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption

• Collaborate with Production,Material Planning,Quality control, warehouse and other staff.

• Team Work -work closely with production and customer service on order management and coordinate effectively to avoid any delay

• Work under minimum or no supervision with best results and set KPI Targets

 

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Pre Production Planning and Manufacturing of products 

EDUCATION:

B Tech,Graduation/Diploma with 3-4 year of experience in supply chain Planning ,pre production planning .

• Knowledge of Manufacturing ,Printing industry background will be an advantage.

• Must be fluent in English and local languages.Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills.

• Understanding of supply chain ,manufacturing & Order management.

• Knowledge of BOM,ROUTING is mandatory. 

• Should be good in E-mail communication with internal and external customers and suppliers.

• Excellent in Excel and Macro and software knowledge will be an added advantage.

• Should be a quick learner with ability to learn new things quickly and should be ready to accept changes as and when required.

• Should have the ability to work with a team, have time management and organizational skills.

• Should be result & detailed oriented and have immaculate credentials on honesty & integrity.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimum supervision in the fast paced manufacturing environment.
