What You'll Be Doing

Welcome guests to the dealership and help them discover the perfect ATV, motorcycle, side-by-side, or snowmobile for their lifestyle

Build relationships with customers through great conversations, follow-ups, and personalized service

Guide customers through the sales journey from first conversation to delivery day

Share product knowledge and demonstrate features to help customers make confident decisions

Generate new opportunities through lead follow-up, referrals, and community connections

Stay current on inventory, promotions, and new models

Deliver an exceptional guest experience that keeps customers coming back

Work collaboratively with your team to hit sales goals and celebrate wins together

Passion for motorsports, recreation, or outdoor lifestyle products

Natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a performance-based environment
