Job Description

We are looking for a talented PowerBI Developer to join our dynamic team at Skills and AbilitiesWorx. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights and visualizations through Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset and have experience with data modeling, visualization techniques, and working with various data sources.

• Location- Bangalore, Coimbatore, Delhi NCR, Mumbai

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports

2. Work with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical specifications

3. Perform data analysis and create data visualizations that effectively communicate insights

4. Develop data models and utilize DAX for calculations and data manipulation

5. Optimize Power BI report performance and ensure data accuracy

6. Integrate data from various sources, including databases, Excel files, and APIs

7. Create and maintain technical documentation for developed reports and dashboards

8. Provide support to end-users and train them in utilizing Power BI tools effectively

Technical Skills:

- Power BI: Reports, Dashboards, Data modeling, DAX

- Data Sources: SQL Server, Azure, Excel, REST APIs

- BI Tools & Technologies

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts

- Knowledge of ETL processes

- Basic understanding of data visualization best practices

- Version control: Git

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role

3. Strong knowledge of Power BI, including data visualization and reporting best practices

4. Proficiency in DAX and M query language

5. Familiarity with database management systems like SQL Server

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

7. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
