PowerApp Developer

Archetype SC is looking for a full-time Power App Creator to add to our growing team of crafters, surfers, jeepers, musicians, chefs, gamers, and wine connoisseurs. The right person has a logical mind that is naturally drawn to technology, understands development concepts and frameworks, and enjoys thinking through and documenting client business requirements.

This role is perfect for a college-level student or a recent grad looking to jump into technology consulting. The PowerApps Creator will work almost exclusively within the Microsoft Power Platform to develop low code apps, will document requirements and process flows, and work with clients and peers to deliver solutions to our clients’ unique challenges.

This role is an on-site position at our Myrtle Beach, SC office. (Who doesn't love the beach?)

What your day looks like:

Participate in daily huddle

Put on your headphones and create riveting low code apps using PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI

Hop on a client or sales call to talk requirements

Bounce ideas off the team

Build your creations in the Power Platform

Job Responsibilities:

Create intriguing new apps utilizing the Power Platform

Write /edit/ collaborate with the team on business requirements

Participate in client facing design and project meetings

You have:

1 year experience with the Microsoft technologies and the Power Platform, preferably in a professional environment

Exposure to the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business technologies

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Great communication skills to collaborate with team members and project stakeholders that don’t always understand technology

Ability to manage and prioritize projects while still maintaining pixel-perfect attention to details

Bonus Points:

Experience with SQL and /or Common Data Service (Dataverse)

Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS

2- or 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field

Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
