Responsibilities (how we will measure success)

• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Create data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Provide technical support and training to users.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform.

Requirements

• • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with common data service, data connectors, and APIs.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

• Ability to create business and IT processes with out-of-the-box and custom connectors with Microsoft Automate/Flow.
• Ability to create and connect child flows.
• Ability to leverage the use of Microsoft Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps.
• A clear understanding of Power Automate functions and limitations.
• Technologies: Power Flow/Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, PowerShell.

• Undertake any additional reasonable duties as required by IQ-EQ

Desired Criteria:

• Having knowledge of the following will be a plus
• Understanding of DevOps practices
• Certification in PL-900, PL-100, PL-400, and PL-600
• Understanding on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer).
• Eager to learn quickly within a firm that shares some of the following features: -• Globally distributed teams
