Power Platform Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Power Platform Functional Consultant to join our growing Power Platform specialism within our Modern Workplace team. 
The Power Platform Functional Consultant is responsible for delivering elegant solutions built upon the Microsoft 365 Power Platform and extended out into the wider M365 landscape. They will have the opportunity to engage in the project lifecycle from design, implementation through to operational handover.

This role encompasses a broad and modern set of Power Platform capabilities including Copilot Studio and AI Builder as core components, enabling clients to benefit from intelligent automation, conversational interfaces, and next-generation app experiences.  

Responsibilities

Design and development of Microsoft 365 Solutions including, but not limited to; Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio (Power VA), Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse, SharePoint, MS Teams apps.  

Implementation of Power Platform Solutions 

Guidance on licensing models, environment strategy, and DLP policies 

Accountability and commitment to tasks, estimates and timelines 

Provide support and handover to clients and FSP’s own Managed Services team 

Sharing of skills, knowledge, and continuous improvement through team initiatives 

Consistent demonstration of high-quality deliverables and communication 

Promote best practices around solution governance, security and ALM

 About you

Experienced working with key components of Microsoft 365 (listed above)

Possess a strong history of developing Power Platform solutions, including AI-driven experiences using Copilot Studio and AI Builder

Competency in advanced Power Platform methodologies that support ALM best practices including, but not limited to; Power FX, Environment management, Custom connectors, Solution management, DLP policies, Power Platform admin centre.

Able to work individually or as a team building Power Platform solutions 

Possess an understanding of Power Platform licensing models and capacity-based services

Experienced in using PowerShell for configuration and administration activities 

Comfortable using Agile Methodologies through the projects 

Experienced in taking responsibility for deliverables and excellent client experience 

Familiar with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design concepts
