Power Platform Developer (with AI skills)

Job Description

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer with AI Skills to join our Europe & Africa (EUAF) IT team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain low‑code business applications and workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform, with selective use of AI capabilities such as Copilot Studio and AI Builder.

You will act as the regional low‑code and automation expert, translating business requirements into scalable, secure solutions and driving process optimization across the EUAF region. Working closely with stakeholders and Global IT, you will ensure alignment with governance standards while enabling and training business users. You will also help build and support a strong community of makers and champions to ensure sustainable adoption of Power Platform solutions.

Your role

• Low-code Application development: you analyze business requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into technical solution by developing, configuring, and deploying applications using Power Apps and Power Automate;

• Process Automation: you build and optimize workflow automations that improve efficiency and reduce manual work;

• AI‑Enhanced Features: you apply AI‑supported capabilities within the Power Platform such as Copilot Studio or AI Builder they add value to business processes;

• Application Portfolio Management: you create and manage low-code application portfolio in EUAF region, maintain and improve them;

• Enable business users: you act as the primary contact point for all users in the EUAF region, providing technical guidance and support;

• Stakeholder Collaboration: you work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions;

• Integration: you integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and data sources, if needed;

• Governance & standardization: you establish and maintain a structured low-code environment within the EUAF IT team, aligning with Global IT guidelines;

• Continuous Improvement: you stay updated with industry trends and best practices in this domain and continuously improve applications;

• User Support & Enablement: you provide guidance, training, and support to users on low‑code applications and automation best practices.

Your track record

• You possess a BSc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field;

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with low-code platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform;

• You are experienced in integrating power Platform with Microsoft 365, Sharepoint and Dataverse. Experience with other low-code tools is seen as a plus;

• You have strong knowledge of low-code development principles and automation best practices, Knowledge of Power BI, Azure services and API integrations is seen as a plus;

• You have excellent communication skills and are able to collaborate effectively across functions;

• You have strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;

• You have excellent English language skills, both written and oral;

• You are willing to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) as part of the selection process;
