As a Power Platform Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing the use of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies across the Operational Center Amsterdam and its country operations. You will support end-users, resolve technical issues, and drive adoption of low-code solutions that enhance productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with developments in Microsoft 365 (especially Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online) and the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Monitor how these tools are used across departments and countries, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Resolve user issues and tickets in a timely manner, collaborating with internal teams and Shared IT Services (SITS).
• Provide expert advice and guidance to end-users, helping to overcome resistance and improve adoption.
• Optimize usability by configuring and adapting Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools to meet business needs.
• Support solution testing and rollouts by creating functional documentation, training materials, and assisting in user training.
• Continuously assess application usability and propose enhancements based on feedback and ticket analysis.
• Work closely with the Solutions Architect and Information Management Team to align on strategy and implementation.
• Contribute to the development and governance of a Low Code Solution Development policy to support citizen development.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Microsoft certifications are a plus (e.g., PL-900, MS-900, MS-102, MS-700).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online.
• Proven experience supporting these platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Power Automate for business process automation.
• Power Apps development and support.
• Integrating Power Platform components.
• Understanding of Microsoft licensing models and low-code governance.
• Nice-to-have:
• Scripting experience (PowerShell or Python).
• Familiarity with ShareGate and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail in documentation and administration.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated learner.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
