• Support cross‑functional problem solving, cost‑reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

Operational & Administrative

• Coordinate activities using Planisware, Promise, and other Bosch tools.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.

Experience

• 7+ years in hardware or mechanical product development, ideally for power electronics (inverters, converters, OBC, or similar).
• Proven experience with product design processes, including CAD, PCB layout definition, EMC, thermal design, and requirement engineering.
• Hands‑on experience supporting manufacturing plants and handling engineering changes (DFMEA, DRBFM, 8D).
• Understanding of production processes and ability to evaluate cost/benefit options.

Nice to have: background specifically in power electronics design (Si/SiC/MOSFETs, thermal interfaces, high‑voltage insulation, EMI/EMC mitigation).
