• About the Role
• Global Procurement Services (GPS) team is seeking a highly skilled Power BI Specialist to support the evolution of our analytical procurement strategy. This role will play a key part in enabling data driven decision making across S2P processes by designing and delivering advanced dashboards, models, and insights for the Procurement organization.
• The ideal candidate brings strong technical capabilities, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset—comfortable collaborating across D&A, Procurement Excellence, Sourcing, Buying, Finance, and external platform providers.

• Key Responsibilities
• • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Procurement dashboards and data models in Power BI, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• • Lead and participate in requirements gathering sessions with Procurement stakeholders, challenging assumptions and proposing best practice solutions.
• • Coordinate with Data & Analytics teams and external platform providers to define ETL needs, validate data quality, and ensure end to end alignment of data flows (Workday, AWS/GCP Marketplace, LinkSquares, etc.).
• • Build optimized semantic models, including relationships, DAX measures, aggregations, and data transformations.
• • Prepare and deliver training materials, documentation, and user enablement to support adoption across the Procurement team.
• • Manage UAT cycles, defect resolution, production deployment, and version control for dashboards and data models.
• • Contribute proactively to McAfee’s analytical purchasing strategy, proposing improvements, identifying insights, and enhancing data governance and KPIs.

• Required Qualifications
• • 2+ years of hands on experience in Power BI, including: o Data modelling, DAX, Power Query
• o Performance optimization o Building enterprise grade dashboards
• • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• • Fluency in English (written and verbal). • Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating proactivity, ownership, and strong communication skills.
• • Critical thinker with the ability to challenge data inconsistencies, unclear requirements, or inefficiencies. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
• • Experience working with Databricks, including delta tables or close collaboration with engineering teams on ETL pipelines.
• • Knowledge of Procurement processes (Source to Pay, renewals, contracting, supplier management, spend analytics).
• • Experience creating dashboards for Procurement, Finance, or S2P organizations.
• • Familiarity with datasets originating from Workday, AWS/GCP Marketplace, LinkSquares, or similar enterprise platforms.
• • Experience producing training materials and conducting enablement sessions. Soft Skills & Attributes
