We’re looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team at ARHS Group, part of Accenture. If you have a strong background in data visualization and a passion for helping businesses leverage data to drive growth, we want you to be part of our team!

THE WORK:

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to effectively visualize data.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data visualization requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for both performance and data accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and best practices in data visualization.
• Provide training and ongoing support for Power BI users.
• Work with data engineers to access and transform data for reporting.
• Maintain version control and documentation for Power BI reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data visualization and reporting.

Onsite at client site: This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships. Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Experience in data modeling, database design, and transforming raw data into useful insights.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems with data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with other BI tools or technologies.
• Knowledge of database systems like SQL Server, Oracle, or similar.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• French language skills.
