Power BI Developer & Data Analyst, Phoenix, AZ - Semiconductor

We are seeking a highly motivated Power BI Developer & Data Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for transforming complex data into actionable insights. This role will support data-driven decision-making by developing dashboards, analyzing trends, and integrating data across multiple systems in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

This is a fully onsite position located in North Phoenix, Arizona. Local candidates highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI

• Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and usability

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business and operational decisions

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions

• Manage and optimize data pipelines, including integrations with APIs and SQL databases

• Support automation and scalability of reporting processes within cloud-based or enterprise systems

• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics and business intelligence (3–5+ years preferred)

• Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization)

• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management (Nice to have)

• Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis (Nice to have)

• Understanding of Data cleaning, transformation, and validation

• Understanding of Statistical analysis and data modeling techniques

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• High level of flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs in dynamic environments

• Proven ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes with minimal guidance

• Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor Construction Industry Experience

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure)

• Background in data science or predictive analytics

• Familiarity with construction, manufacturing, or large-scale project environments

• Experience integrating multiple systems into a centralized reporting framework
