About the Role

Infopro Learning is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer for an immediate, short-term contract engagement. This role is ideal for a hands-on analytics professional who excels at transforming complex data into clear, impactful dashboards and insights.

You will partner closely with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver high-quality Power BI solutions that support business decision-making across the organization. This is an on-site role based in Noida and requires flexibility to collaborate with international teams.

What You’ll Do

Power BI Development & Dashboard Design

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

• Build efficient, scalable data models and datasets using Power BI best practices.

• Apply strong UX/UI principles to create intuitive, business-friendly dashboards that tell a clear data story.

Data Integration & Querying

• Extract, transform, and model data from diverse sources including databases, applications, APIs, and data lakes.

• Write and optimize SQL queries, DAX calculations, and Power Query (M) transformations to ensure performance and accuracy.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and documentation.

• Maintain documentation for dashboards, datasets, and data workflows.

Agile Delivery & Collaboration

• Work within an Agile/Scrum framework, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Present demos and walkthroughs to global stakeholders, including late-evening IST sessions when required.

• Collaborate closely with analysts, engineers, project managers, and functional teams across Infopro.
