We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that clearly communicate business performance and insights
• Connect, clean, and transform data from diverse sources (e.g., SQL databases, Excel, APIs) using Power Query and DAX
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective visual analytics solutions
• Optimize and maintain data models to ensure high performance and usability
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and visually engaging manner
• Continuously improve reporting frameworks and visualization standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Engineering
• Proven experience with Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Strong SQL skills; experience working with large datasets and database systems
• A working knowledge of data tools such as Excel and Python is required
• Passion for data storytelling and creating intuitive, user-friendly visualizations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving data-related challenges
