Are you passionate about customizing applications to provide solutions for your clients?

We are seeking a talented Power Automate Developer for our Houston branch located in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver or Toronto to support our clients expanding automation, workflow modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. This role is part of Long View’s integrated managed services model and will work closely with Application Support, Data & AI, ServiceNow, PMOaaS, and End‑User Experience teams to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and create resilient, scalable automations for refinery and enterprise operations.

A Day in the Life::
• Design and develop PowerApps, PowerAutomate (Flow) Solutions based on client requirements.
• Provide in-depth senior level technical knowledge (workaround, root cause analysis, and permanent resolution) to resolve complex problems in the technical environment
• Monitor new PowerApps, PowerAutomate features and functionality and ensure changes are properly communicated and tested
• Function as Sharepoint/PowerPlatform Solutions Analyst, responsible for translating requirements into overall functional design including all components, integration specifications and reporting
• Create sites, lists, views, forms, SharePoint Designer Workflows, and web parts
• Create PowerApps/Flows to manage and administrate environments and client applications

What You Bring::
• 5 or more years’ experience with development and customization of PowerApps, PowerAutomate (Flow) Solutions
• Proficiency with administering, developing and managing complex enterprise software solutions including commercial off the shelf packages or purchased components which are integrated with other systems and coded frameworks
• Demonstrated project experience developing solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate / Flow, Power BI)
• Exposure to governance practices such as CoE dashboards, policy maintenance, environment strategy, automation intake and prioritization
• Understanding of all custom connectors in power platform / Power Automate Provide power platform / Power Automate implementation strategy and approach
• Knowledge of AI‑enabled workflows, virtual agent integration, or orchestration tools (Logic Apps, ServiceNow Flows)
• Experience in industrial, refinery, or OT/IT blended environments.
• Excellent verbal communications skills and good client expectation management and presentation skills
