As a Power Platform Functional Lead in Version 1, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of IT Services to our client. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate, and a strong understanding of modern development practices with Power Platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM).
• Understanding of Power Platform DevOps capabilities and limitations (AzureDevOps/GitHub/Pipelines) and good Solution Management & version control.
• Technical ability in Microsoft Power Platform web service programming
• Experience with PowerApps Portals
• Experience across the Microsoft portfolio especially Azure Portal, AAD, M365 & MS Teams
• Experience across the SharePoint Online, libraries, lists and security principles
• Experience with Dataverse Plugin Development in Visual Studio and C#
• Experience with migrating data into Dataverse
• Experience with Dataflows, Virtual Tables, etc is desirable.
• Experience in web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, Angular, React), including newer technologies
• Experience of compliance with best practices and standards in Power Apps development including accessibility standards
• Experience with conducting code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Technical Skills

• An excellent understanding of Dataverse along with how to design, develop and secure it.
• Strong experience with: Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps and Power Automate.
• Technical ability in Microsoft Power Platform configuration and development is essential.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and supporting complex Power Apps solutions.

Project Management

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to estimate timelines and costs accurately, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Communication and Interpersonal skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• We are looking for someone who is comfortable being client facing.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to assist gathering of requirements and translate them into cost and timeline estimates and technical specifications.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
