PostgreSQL Database Administrator

Why this role matters:

As a Database Administrator you will be a critical member of our growing DBA team that partners closely with Product Engineering, Security, and Support. We are responsible for the reliability, deployment, and continuous operation of the Ivanti Cloud services and we improve query performance and database efficiency through configuration tuning and indexing strategies.

What you'll do:

• Cloud Database Administration

• Performance Optimization

• Backup, Recovery & HA

• Scripting & Automation

• Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Security & Compliance Support

What you will bring:

• US citizenship and must be located domestically in the U.S.

• Work Monday through Friday US Night hours, approximately 10 PM to 7 AM U.S. Pacific Time, including lunch).

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a PostgreSQL database administration.

• Expertise in PostgreSQL, and MySQL administration on AWS and Azure platforms.

• Strong skills in performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.

• Experience with backup and recovery, HA/DR setups
