What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and analytical Operations Intern to support key projects and initiatives that are driving our success and aligned to our biggest priorities in our Customer Success org. This is a hands-on opportunity to see how a high-growth company scales its operations and successfully supports thousands of customers each quarter.

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Post Sales-Operations.

What you’ll be working on

• Operational Support: Contribute to projects and reports that help track success metrics and key performance indicators.

• Data Management: Help audit and review various reports and metrics to ensure consistency across teams

• Insight Generation: Clean and organize data to help identify trends, presenting your findings to stakeholders

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various stakeholders to help support ongoing programs, projects, and initiatives.

We’d love to hear from people with

• Academic Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

• Analytical Mindset: A strong comfort level with numbers and an interest in providing insights.

• Technical Foundations: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Google Suite. Previous exposure to Salesforce is a major plus but not required.

• Communication: Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral English; you should be comfortable explaining the "why" behind the data.

• Adaptability: A "no task is too small" attitude and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.

SurveyMonkey believes in-person collaboration is valuable for building relationships, fostering community, and enhancing our speed and execution in problem-solving and decision-making. As such, you will be required to work from a SurveyMonkey office up to 1 day per week.
