Post-Production Podcast Coordinator | Video Editor

We are seeking a highly skilled Post-Production Podcast Coordinator | Video Editor to join our creative team full-time. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in editing audio and video content, managing large media files, and delivering high-quality episodes for multiple platforms. You will be responsible for transforming raw recordings into polished podcast episodes, short-form teasers, and other engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form podcast episodes, ensuring seamless synchronization of audio and video.

• Perform color grading, audio cleanup, sound leveling, and transitions.

• Create motion graphics, intro/outro sequences, and captions as needed.

• Handle large video files and maintain organized storage systems with secure backups.

• Manage file compression and export content optimized for platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.

• Produce short promotional clips for social media.

• Coordinate timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

• Design visually appealing collateral materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and marketing assets to support content promotion.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

• Professional video and podcast editing experience.

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and audio tools like Adobe Audition or Pro Tools.

• Strong skills in color grading, audio balancing, and motion graphics.

• Proven ability to manage and edit large, high-resolution files.

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Creative eye for layout and visual design for promotional materials.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Technical Requirements:

• A high-performance editing computer capable of handling large media files.

• Familiarity with cloud storage solutions for efficient media management.
