Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-driven Post-Completion Officer to join our Residential Conveyancing team. This is a key role ensuring that property transactions are fully and accurately registered following completion protecting both client and lender interest.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Managing all post-completion formalities for residential transactions
• Submitting SDLT returns in line with HMRC requirements
• Lodging applications with HM Land Registry within priority periods
• Dealing with requisitions efficiently
• Registering charges, restrictions, and notices
• Ensuring lender panel requirements are met
• Managing deadlines and high-volume caseloads
Requirements:
• Previous post-completion conveyancing experience
• Strong knowledge of SDLT procedures
• Experience with Land Registry applications and requisitions
• Familiarity with the Land Registry Portal and case management systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
