Responsibilities
• Deliver technical support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat for customers using various electronic products
• Efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot issues to enhance customer satisfaction
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support tracking system
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
• Guide customers in understanding product features and optimal usage
• Stay informed on product updates and industry innovations
• Participate in continuous training to improve technical knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service, especially in the electronics sector
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-centric mindset with a strong emphasis on issue resolution
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support platforms and ability to follow technical documentation
