Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with inquiries related to ride-booking, account management, and app functionalities
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately within our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address user feedback and resolve issues
• Educate customers on best practices for using the ride-sharing app
• Gather insights and recommendations to improve the user experience
• Participate in training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and policies
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer support, particularly in the tech or mobility industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach to service
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
• Familiarity with ride-sharing services or mobile applications is advantageous
