Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Online Marketplace Platform Department! In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our marketplace platform and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions about listings, orders, payments, and platform functionalities
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer issues and improve the platform experience
• Guide users on best practices for navigating the marketplace
• Gather client feedback to help enhance our services and offerings
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed on platform updates and industry trends
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or online marketplace environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric mindset and a passion for providing high-quality service
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with marketplace platforms and customer support tools
