Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese through phone, email, and live chat
• Assist clients with account management, transaction inquiries, and mobile banking features
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our support database
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Stay informed on the latest mobile banking trends and compliance regulations
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service offerings

Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or fintech industry

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
