Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Logistics Department, located in beautiful Athens, Greece! In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, helping them navigate logistics inquiries and services. Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with tracking shipments, resolving issues, and understanding logistics processes
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve logistical challenges and ensure timely delivery
• Provide guidance on best practices for shipping and receiving
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and company services
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in customer support, ideally within the logistics or transportation sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus
