Mercier Consultancy is pleased to announce an opening for a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Food Delivery Service Department in Greece! In this dynamic role, you will provide outstanding support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our food delivery services.
This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food, customer service, and the fast-paced world of delivery services. If you have excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude, we would love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with their orders, delivery issues, and service inquiries
• Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with delivery teams and restaurants to resolve customer issues
• Provide guidance on promotions, menu options, and service details
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality
• Participate in training sessions to ensure knowledge of food safety and delivery processes
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in food delivery or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for service
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with food delivery apps and technologies is a plus
