Responsibilities
• Assist customers in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to Disney + services
• Provide guidance on account settings, subscription plans, and content navigation
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
• Collaborate with the internal team to resolve client issues efficiently
• Stay updated on Disney + content and features to provide informed assistance
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service and product offerings
• Participate in training sessions to boost knowledge about Disney + and improve support skills
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in media or entertainment services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with streaming services and technology is a plus
