Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department for one of our clients! In this essential role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, providing them with support and guidance as they navigate the complexities of automotive insurance and claims processes. Your expertise will play a key part in ensuring that customers have a smooth experience during potentially stressful times.

Responsibilities
• Provide customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with inquiries related to automotive insurance policies and claims
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
• Educate customers on claims processes and policy details
• Gather customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings
• Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on insurance regulations and company policies
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance or automotive sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
• A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a busy environment
• Familiarity with insurance processes and terminology is a plus
