Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Wealth Management Company. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to wealth management services and investment opportunities.
Your fluency in Portuguese will enable you to communicate effectively with clients about their financial needs and ensure that they receive personalized service as they navigate their wealth management journey. You will play a key role in fostering strong relationships and enhancing client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat regarding wealth management inquiries
• Assist clients with account management, investment options, and service inquiries
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with financial advisors to ensure client needs are met
• Gather client feedback to help enhance our service offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends and financial products
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills
• Latest customer service experience, preferably in financial services or wealth management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely, effective support
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Interest in finance and investment products, with a passion for assisting clients in achieving their financial goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
