Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Subscription-Based Services division. In this vital role, you will provide excellent support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about their subscriptions and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential to guiding clients through account management, billing questions, and technical support, while ensuring that they fully enjoy the benefits of our services. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat for subscription-related inquiries
• Assist customers with account setup, payments, cancellations, and service inquiries
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve service delivery
• Collect and relay customer feedback to inform service enhancements
• Stay informed about company offerings and subscription trends to assist customers effectively
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in subscription or service industries, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in customer satisfaction and commitment to providing a positive experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
