Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading Public Utilities Company. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to utilities services, billing, and account management.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential for effectively communicating with customers, helping them understand their utility services, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our client's offerings. You will be instrumental in maintaining a high level of customer service and fostering positive relationships with the community.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat regarding public utilities inquiries
• Assist customers with account-related questions, billing issues, and service requests
• Resolve complaints and troubleshoot issues efficiently and professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Gather customer feedback to help improve services and offerings
• Stay informed about the latest updates and changes in utilities services
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in public utilities or similar sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine commitment to assisting customers and resolving their issues
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
