Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Online Banking Department in Greece. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with their banking inquiries and helping them navigate our digital banking services.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you handle questions related to account management, transaction inquiries, and online banking features. Your expertise in customer service will ensure that clients receive the best possible assistance, fostering trust and satisfaction with our online banking services.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat regarding online banking inquiries
• Assist customers with account setup, transactions, and other banking services
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in serving customer needs
• Gather feedback to improve our online banking services continually
• Stay informed about updates in banking regulations and digital banking trends
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, especially in banking or finance sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Interest in digital banking and a desire to help customers succeed financially
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
