Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Logistics & Courier Company. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to logistics, shipping, and courier services.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you help clients track their shipments, resolve delivery issues, and navigate our logistics services. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients in the logistics sector.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat regarding logistics and courier inquiries
• Assist customers with tracking shipments, managing deliveries, and understanding service options
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a prompt and professional manner
• Document customer interactions comprehensively in our CRM system
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service offerings and customer experience
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in logistics services
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in logistics or courier services, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Genuine interest in logistics and a passion for helping customers succeed
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
