In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with their insurance inquiries and policy details.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be crucial as you guide clients through their insurance options, help them understand their policies, and address any questions or concerns they may have. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance inquiries
• Assist clients with understanding their insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with claims and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and client experience
• Stay informed about insurance products and industry trends
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance or financial sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in helping customers navigate insurance products
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
