Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading HR & Payroll Software Provider. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our innovative HR and payroll solutions.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be key in ensuring that clients receive the assistance they need for effective use of the software, resolving their queries, and enhancing their overall experience with our services. By focusing on customer satisfaction, you will help drive the success of our client’s HR and payroll solutions.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat for HR and payroll software inquiries
• Assist clients with software navigation, troubleshooting, and understanding functionalities
• Resolve customer issues and questions in a timely and professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex inquiries and ensure seamless support
• Gather feedback from clients to facilitate continuous improvement of our services
• Stay updated on industry trends and software updates to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in software or HR services, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in HR and payroll processes, eager to assist customers in maximizing software benefits
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
