Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Hotel Reservations Department in Greece. In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our Portuguese-speaking clients as they navigate hotel bookings and hospitality services.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be key in assisting customers with inquiries about hotel availability, making reservations, and managing any modifications or cancellations. By delivering exceptional customer service, you will ensure a seamless experience for our guests, helping to create memorable stays.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat for hotel reservations and-related inquiries
• Assist clients with booking hotels, handling modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Coordinate with hotel partners to ensure smooth reservation processes
• Gather customer feedback to enhance our services and offerings
• Stay informed about hospitality trends and promotional offers
Requirements:
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or travel industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Passion for travel and hospitality, eager to assist customers in planning their stays
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
