Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. In this engaging role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our wide range of fitness and sports products.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential in helping clients with product information, order processes, and any questions they may have about their fitness equipment needs. Your focus on customer service will be key in fostering a satisfied and loyal customer base as they pursue their fitness goals.
Responsibilities
• Deliver top-notch customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat for fitness and sports equipment inquiries
• Assist customers with understanding product features, availability, and order tracking
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and product-related issues
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment
• Gather feedback from customers to inform service improvements and product offerings
• Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness and sports equipment
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for fitness and sports
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or fitness industries, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in fitness and helping customers achieve their athletic goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
