Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a position for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Fashion & Luxury Brand. In this prestigious role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our high-end fashion and luxury products.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential in delivering personalized service, answering questions about product details, availability, ordering, and addressing any concerns our customers may have, all while embodying the luxury experience we strive to provide.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat related to fashion and luxury inquiries
• Assist customers with product selections, order placements, and returns
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and with a focus on quality service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and fulfilment
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings
• Stay informed on fashion trends and luxury market movements to provide informed customer support
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for fashion and luxury brands
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in retail or luxury sectors, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries and deliver timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in fashion and luxury, eager to assist customers in making their selections
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
