Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Energy Company in Greece. In this important role, you will provide outstanding support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to energy services and solutions.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you help clients navigate their energy needs, answering questions regarding services, billing, and sustainability initiatives. By providing exceptional customer service, you will enhance customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships within the energy sector.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat regarding energy products and services
• Assist customers with inquiries about their accounts, billing, and energy usage
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and issue resolution
• Gather feedback from customers to help enhance service quality and offerings
• Stay informed about the energy sector and sustainability practices
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in energy or utilities, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in energy solutions and sustainability, eager to assist customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
