Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce a vacancy for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a leading Cloud Services Provider, located in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide outstanding support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to various cloud services and solutions.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you help clients understand our offerings, troubleshoot issues, and ensure their experiences with our cloud services are seamless and productive. Your commitment to exceptional customer service will be key in building strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat regarding cloud services inquiries
• Assist customers with technical questions, account management, and service usage
• Engage in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions
• Collect feedback from customers to inform service improvements and enhancements
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in cloud services
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in technology or cloud services, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in cloud technologies and committed to customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
