Job Description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Representative in our Client's Airline Reservations Department based in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with their airline reservations and travel inquiries.

Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you guide clients through the booking process, help with changes or cancellations, and address any questions or concerns they may have regarding their travel plans. Your dedication to customer service will contribute significantly to a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat regarding airline reservations and travel-related inquiries
• Assist customers with booking flights, making changes, and processing cancellations
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Coordinate with airline partners to ensure smooth processing of reservations
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and offerings
• Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and travel trends


Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills, is mandatory.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the airline or travel industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for travel and helping customers with their journey
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
