As a Customer Care Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with questions related to our products and services. Your expertise in customer communication and commitment to excellence will play a significant role in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries
• Assist customers with product-related questions and resolve service issues
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
• Advise customers on best practices for using our services effectively
• Gather and relay client feedback to improve service quality
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred
• Proficient problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
