Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Portuguese-Speaking Consultant to join our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department, based in the vibrant setting of Greece. In this key role, you will support and provide expertise to our Portuguese-speaking clients as they navigate our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing solutions. Your insights will enable clients to make informed decisions and maximize the benefits of our innovative technologies.
Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, addressing client inquiries, and troubleshooting any technical challenges. Your dedication to ensuring client satisfaction will be instrumental in building strong relationships and enabling successful integration of our services.
Responsibilities
• Assist Portuguese-speaking clients with inquiries related to SaaS and cloud computing products
• Provide personalized product demonstrations and training tailored to client needs
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions in a timely manner
• Document client interactions diligently and maintain accurate records of support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and enhance service delivery
• Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in the SaaS and cloud computing industry
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer service
• Basic understanding of SaaS and cloud computing concepts is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in customer support or consulting is advantageous but not required
• A passion for technology and eagerness to learn about cloud solutions is essential
