Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Portuguese-Speaking Consultant to join our Online Payment Solutions Department in Greece. In this key role, you will support our Portuguese-speaking clients in optimizing their online payment systems, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and assistance for successful transaction processing.
As a consultant, you will engage directly with clients to understand their unique requirements and deliver personalized solutions. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service will be essential in building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Assist Portuguese-speaking clients with inquiries related to online payment solutions
• Conduct training sessions to educate clients on payment system functionalities and best practices
• Troubleshoot client issues efficiently and provide timely resolutions
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records of support activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client challenges and devise effective solutions
• Gather and implement feedback from clients to enhance service offerings
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in online payment technology
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
• Basic understanding of online payment systems is a plus but not mandatory
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to assisting clients
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous but not essential
