In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential in building strong relationships and enhancing client satisfaction.
As a Client Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include troubleshooting client issues, providing detailed product information, and ensuring seamless communication across various platforms. We are seeking passionate and proactive individuals who excel in customer service and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist clients in Portuguese through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat
• Effectively address client inquiries and concerns regarding our products and services
• Document client interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex client issues
• Educate clients on the use of our products to maximize their benefits
• Collect and relay client feedback to drive service improvements
• Maintain a positive and professional image of Mercier Consultancy during all client interactions
Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred

• Client-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service
