Portuguese Fitbit Product Support Specialist - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Portuguese Fitbit Product Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, offering a fully paid relocation package. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with innovative health technology products and deliver exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking Fitbit users.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers in troubleshooting product issues, guiding them through device features, and ensuring a positive user experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support in Portuguese through various communication platforms including phone, email, and chat
• Diagnose and resolve Fitbit product issues efficiently
• Guide customers on product features, functionality, and best practices
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate and solve complex problems
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers
• Offer feedback to improve products and customer service processes

Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken. Native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your CV and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally in product or technical support roles
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation assistance provided
• Experience with CRM and customer support tools is advantageous
