In this vital role, you will provide excellent support to Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with travel arrangements, bookings, and inquiries to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential in communicating clearly and effectively with customers, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues that arise. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat for travel-related inquiries
• Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel advice
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions with professionalism
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure excellent service delivery
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve services and offerings
• Stay informed of travel regulations, promotions, and destination information

Relocation: This position includes a full relocation package to Greece, covering visa assistance, accommodation support, and relocation logistics.

Requirements:
• Fluency in Portuguese and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
